The consulting company MSU Personal, which conducts searches for
suitable managers in the healthcare, finance, industry and
technology sectors, has grown rapidly since its founding in 1997.
When the company was still young, it was satisfied with the results
obtained by using a pure CRM tool to manage its contacts.
Meanwhile, the number of employees was increasing and the
application's performance was becoming increasingly sluggish. It
also did not focus on the consultancy's project business and made
it hard for employees to maintain an overview of all activities.
Meaning that it was now becoming unavoidable for the personnel
consulting company - they would have to switch to professional
recruiting software. Parallel to its acquisition of new hardware,
the company decided to introduce a customized software solution
offered by fecher called hunter. Numerous, complex data records
created by MSU Personal using the previous tool were retained in
the conversion process and seamlessly usable in the new software
environment. hunter provides optimal support for personal
consultancy processes: Employees can now create project overviews
and evaluations, conduct targeted searches of the candidate pool
and upload documents directly to the corresponding candidates. The
software enables them to quickly access important information and
manage projects more efficiently.
With hunter we can now display - in an effective and user friendly manner - our entire process chain in the areas of project, candidate and relationship management. It has improved the productivity of every one of our employees.
