Rochus Mummert Group, a personnel-consulting agency, performs its searches for ideal candidates by using its proprietary candidate database and direct contact, in addition to placing traditional job advertisements. The existing software was unfortunately not able to keep up with these new requirements. fecher's recruitment software hunter is now supporting the company with comprehensive candidate and relationship management functions as well as web-recruitment. Using its database expertise, fecher was also able to save all of the data from the predecessor application. A modern user interface was at the top of the list of objectives for the new software, followed by the ability to use the candidate database as a central repository and the integration of Microsoft Office, so that correspondence could be largely automated and reports and exposes easily created.
Many job steps, which are constantly repeated here thousands of times, have become simpler. At the same time, process support and periodic evaluations provide ongoing quality management. As the software undergoes continuous improvements, this ensures we will continue to benefit from the good ideas of other users.
