Although we outgrew the family company stage long ago, what has not changed is the close collaboration within an experienced team. Many of our 50+ employees have been with us for more than 10 years and all are permanent, salaried employees.
We feel this is important, as it ensures continuity for client projects and ongoing client relationships. Even if several years have passed, when a client returns, our consultants will still be there, for example, to support new developers that have recently come on board. This also works quite well because we have a number of branches in the German-speaking region, Eastern Europe and the U.S., so that our team members are never all that far from their clients. The flexibility exists however to expand the team at any time by sending colleagues from other branches if help is needed due to a sudden bottleneck or additional requirements. Using cutting-edge collaboration tools and the Internet, our nearshoring team in Romania can also be seamlessly integrated.
